Appointment Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

At Aesthetic Dental and Denture Clinic, we prioritise keeping our schedule open for patients who book in advance. A reminder will be sent three days before your appointment. If you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate emergency patients.

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid incurring charges. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit and a new deposit will be required to continue with your treatment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required during appointment scheduling, which can be made at our front desk or over the phone. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. The deposit amount is as follows:

• $200 per hour for standard appointments, including long-filling appointments, crowns, and veneers.
• $1,000 for implant appointments.

Please note that we cannot accommodate appointments for more than two individuals. consecutively.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be held until the completion of your treatment and will be applied to your final invoice. If less than 48 hours notice is given, any deposit paid will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a subsequent appointment.
